Brian Briscoe Managing Director Qualifications Honours Degree in Accounting & Finance Certificate in Investment Advice & Certificate in Sales Consulting Background Brian began his professional career in banking, progressing from retail to commercial, corporate and then eventually investment (institutional) banking with Commonwealth Bank in Sydney. He joined the recruitment industry in 2000 and quickly realised his passion for the industry. From the start, Brian has specialised in cutting edge recruitment such as executive search, retained recruitment assignments, international search and creative advertising approaches. 9 years on, he still gets a kick out of taking care of his clients, as well as leading the BSC team. Brian is still an avid sportsman, with Gaelic Football, Hurling and Golf his passions. His best "free time" is spent with his wife and daughter though. Brian's was humbled to be one of the 40 Under 40 WA Business News Awards recipients in February 2009. 
Amanda Shirley Senior Consultant Qualifications Bsc Honours in Sociology Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management Chartered member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) Certified Practitioner in Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Programming Background Amanda has extensive Recruitment and Human Resources experience gained in a wide variety of industries including oil and gas, mining and mineral processing, professional practice and financial services both in the United Kingdom and Australia. Since emigrating to Australia 1991, Amanda has worked with WMC Resources Ltd where she was responsible for establishing the internal recruitment function nationally, managing the HR Shared Service Centre and in early 2001 took on a Corporate Project Role in Melbourne managing a variety of HR Programs and their implementation across the business. After a career break, Amanda returned to the workforce in a start up HR Management Role within financial services and stock broking. After returning to Perth after 7 years in Melbourne, Amanda joined Briscoe Search & Consulting with the objective of offering client solutions through a unique blend of executive recruitment experience, HR Consulting expertise and an in-depth insight into the client environment.

Paula joined the BSC team having spent over 12 years in recruitment specialising in a varied range of industries in the UK including education, sales and marketing and senior administrative services. Since emigrating to Australia in 2006, Paula has built an excellent reputation in partnering clients in heavy industry, mining supply, EPCM, and supply chain. Her strong business acumen coupled with her personable nature has proved a winning formula for both her clients and candidates. Paula believes her key to success is to gain a thorough understanding of her clients and candidates needs using consultative methods and then applying an individual tailored service to ensure first class results are delivered for both parties. Clients often comment on Paula's honest and transparent communication style, an attribute that builds superb loyalty and trust amongst her clients and candidates alike.
Rose Voce
Consultant Qualifications Bachelor of Commerce Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Background Rose has been working in the recruitment industry since 2003 and has a wealth of experience working across a number of industries including mining, engineering, construction and FMCG. She has skills in using advertising and search methodologies to source candidates locally and internationally. In 2007 Rose broadened her experience by relocating to Hong Kong for an in-house recruitment role. There she gained exposure to the banking and finance industry further establishing herself as a successful Recruiter. Rose has now returned to Perth experienced in working on both sides of the fence. She has rejoined Briscoe Search and Consulting with the objective of adding value to clients and candidates with her strong customer focus and drive to succeed.

Finance Controller Qualifications Diploma of Business (Accounting) Background Carrying tertiary qualifications in accounting, coupled with a wealth of experience in commerce, Geraldine has held positions in the Financial Control, Contracts Management and senior leadership areas, we brings us a great balance of accounting expertise and commercial acumen. As our main “number cruncher”, Geraldine is responsible for the accurate accounting, reporting and management accounting of Briscoe Search & Consulting, as well as ensuring that our accounting systems allow us to deliver top quality services to our clients from an accounting perspective.

Office Co-ordinator & Reception Background If you come by our purpose built offices in Hay Street, Subiaco or call us on the phone, Dee is the first friendly face / voice you should meet. Dee has a long background in administration/front desk management, and reception work in the hospitality industry. Her role for the company is to make all our clients and candidates feel welcome and at ease, whether it is an incoming call, visit or an application for one of our executive roles.
