Jon carries more than 20 years experience in heavy industry with a particular focus on the recruitment and resource strategies for engineering organisations. Before joining Briscoe Search & Consulting, Jon spent 6 years with Monadelphous, carrying the roles of Workforce Manager, Resourcing Manager and most recently, Project Manager.  Jon's specialisms include Senior Management and Executives, Project Leadership and Execution roles, Engineering Lead roles and Resource Strategy Specialist.

Prior to Monadelphous, Jon held Regional Management and Business Strategy roles with Skilled Engineering as well as 3 years with HR Connect, the recruitment consultancy dedicated to servicing the talent needs of Clough, Hatch and Woodside. Here he grew a great reputation for delivery of solutions into onshore and offshore oil and gas, petrochemicals, minerals and infrastructure projects.

Rose has been working in the recruitment industry since 2003 and has a wealth of experience working across a number of industries including mining, engineering, construction and FMCG.  Rose's specialisms lie in recruiting Mid-Management Roles, Project Execution Roles, Corporate Services (OHS, WA, HR), Technical Mid-Level and Sales/Marketing/Finance Roles.  She has skills in using advertising and search methodologies to source candidates locally and internationally.

In 2007 Rose broadened her experience by relocating to Hong Kong for an in-house recruitment role. There she gained exposure to the banking and finance industry further establishing herself as a successful Recruiter.  Rose returned to Perth experienced in working on both sides of the fence. She rejoined Briscoe Search and Consulting in 2009 with the objective of adding value to clients and candidates with her strong customer focus and drive to succeed.

Lara brings to Briscoe Search & Consulting over a decade of experience in Executive Selection & Search and Contractor Recruitment expertise. Since 1999, Lara has built an excellent reputation amongst her client and candidate base through working as part of a number of respected executive search and technical recruitment organisations, including Management Search Australasia where she first teamed up with Brian Briscoe in 2004.

She carries considerable pedigree in the search, recruitment and selection of technical, management and professional disciplines in a range of sectors including Engineering, Construction, Mining and Oil & Gas.  Lara's specialism lie in recruiting Senior Engineering and Technical roles, Project Leadership roles, intensive search assignments, mid to high level Corporate Services, Project Recruitment and IT Recruitment.

Emma joined the Briscoe Search & Consulting team in March 2011 following over seven years with LunchBox List, Western Australia’s premier and biggest networking and professional development forum for women with careers and in business.

As General Manager and co-developer, Emma has been instrumental in the development and growth of LunchBox List overseeing the delivery of an annual program of business events and a significant partner/ sponsorship program.

Prior to that she held roles in management, marketing and HR with national and global brands David Jones, Andersen and Ernst & Young.

Taking on a Business Development role at Briscoe’s, Emma’s strengths lie in her strategic marketing and relationship building skills, and her strong sales ability.

Background 

Colin joined Briscoe Search & Consulting October 2011 and brings a wealth of experience within Hydrocarbons and senior International Search, working across a number of verticals including LNG, Oil and Gas, FLNG, Subsea, Professional Services, upstream & downstream and associated disciplines within the Oil and Gas industry.
Colin started his professional career working within special projects for the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority. After 7 years as a Scientific Officer working with NASA on the ‘Star Wars’ project and the Joint European Torus (recreation of the Sun’s Energy) Colin moved away from the scientific world to pursue a more person-centric career and decided that Recruitment and in particular Executive Search was his niche.
Colin’s specialty became Technology and Hydrocarbons, ecommerce and Professional Services, delivering Partners and Senior Directors into the big four firms (Accenture, PWC, Deloitte, KPMG) and helping these firms develop and strategically build International business units, predominately covering Technology (Colin built Rondarch for Deloitte Consulting), Banking, Finance, Tax and Advisory and Mergers and Acquisitions, eventually moving to head up one of the UK’s premier International Executive Search firms.
Colin gained critical hands on experience in Hydrocarbons leading to a move to Qatar to head up a specialist team (reporting directly to the Oil Minister) delivering International business critical hires for one of the world’s largest operators / producers of Oil and Liquefied Natural Gas, Qatar Petroleum. Qatar Petroleum’s business required International talent across Legal Counsel, Project Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, LNG shipping, Procurement, SAP Special Projects, Engineering Subsea and Infrastructure.
Colin moved to Western Australia in early 2011, quickly establishing an enviable network of business contacts and will focus on business development and recruitment in his specialty fields of technology, professional services and Oil and Gas.
Colin is an ex professional football player, and plays regularly in Perth. His passion is Golf and is working extremely hard to get his handicap down.

Jarrett joined Briscoe Contracting in March 2012 to take on the leadership and management of our Contracting Division.  Carrying experience on “both sides of the fence” having carried internal recruitment roles and time in the recruitment consulting arena Jarrett possesses a well-rounded background working across sectors, from mining through to corporate roles.  This diverse background gives Jarrett a holistic approach to recruiting and allows him to hold genuine empathy for the client’s perspective and requirements. Coupled with a  strong project management background gained at the Attorney General’s Department and Airservices Australia, Australia’s air navigation provider responsible for control of 11% of the world’s airspace, Jarrett is passionate about quality, integrity and client service delivery.

His brief at Briscoe Contracting is two-fold; assist our portfolio of clients with addressing short to medium term needs with quality, culture fit contractors, as well as ensuring our valued contractor base are given the best service, care and attention. If you are in either of those user groups, you will hopefully enjoy Jarrett’s personable approach to service delivery.

Lara joined our team in 2010 and brings to Briscoe Search & Consulting good recruitment and HR skills which she developed in the last three years, working within an internal recruitment environment.  Lara enjoyed supporting all areas including management, office staff and qualified trades personnel focusing in civil construction and trades services.

Carrying the title of Consultant Lara aims to provide a high quality, personable services to our clients and candidates alike. In the last 2 years, Lara has amassed considerable experience in assisting both Paula Hendrick, one of the firm’s Partners and Emma Oldfield in delivering top-class service and recruitment solutions to our clients. Lara spends a high percentage of her time in candidate engagement and initial selection processing and can boast expertise in this area in local, national and international search assignments.

Zollie joined Briscoe Search & Consulting in September 2011 and brings to the team a strong ability and background in sales and customer service, In addition to hospitality and retail management experience.
Appointed in a Consultant role, Zollie aims to utilise her strong customer service, marketing, administration and sales ability to deliver a high quality, personable services to our clients and candidates alike. She will predominantly support Rose Voce in client assignments and candidate care.

Background
Briscoe Search and Consulting recruited Emma to join the team in October 2011.  Emma brings with her over 6 years of strong customer service and Managerial experience. 
New to the recruitment industry, Emma is looking forward to adapting her skills in organisation, customer service and administration to provide the best possible service to our clients and candidates.

Briscoe Search & Consulting recruited Vanessa Wooldridge as their Client Affinity Manager in early 2009.

Vanessa’s role is to ensure Briscoe’s commitment to partnering clients is maintained, through regular value added communication. Vanessa has a long background in both recruitment organisations and Executive Assistant positions in Australia and United Kingdom.

As our main “number cruncher”, Tina is responsible for the accurate accounting, reporting and management accounting of Briscoe Search & Consulting, as well as ensuring that our accounting systems allow us to deliver top quality services to our clients from an accounting perspective.

Kristina commenced as Briscoe's frontline Receptionist in October 2011.  Kristina has prior experience in retail roles and has completed Certificate IV in Arts (Events) Coordination.
Her bright and cheery disposition is to make welcome all visitors to our office whether face to face or by telephone.
